Apple Torte

Crust:
1 cup of flour
3 tablespoons of brown sugar
1/2 cup of margarine
3 tablespoons of vinegar

Filling:
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 1/2 cup apples, sliced and peeled

Mix and blend ingredients for crust, adding vinegar last. Press into bottom and partially up sides of a 10″ springform pan. Mix together filling and place ontop of crust, bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
