4-6 cups chopped or shredded cabbage
1/2-1cup grated carrot
2 medium cortland apples, cored chopped with skin on
1/3 cup pineapple tidbits (optional)
1/3 cup chopped celery (optional)
Mix all in a bowl. Keep cold until ready to serve. Add mayonnaoise to taste. Cortland apples will stay white while others will turn brown.
